If you need to type more than will fit in a box, please type or write that information legibly on a separate sheet of paper.

Photo Quilts are priced by size plus photo processing fees.

Photo processing fees* are as follows:

$10.00 per photo if used "as is" (no manipulation)
$20.00 per photo if photo is manipulated in any other way than enlargement or reduction
There is no additional charge for enlargement or reduction.

If you are ordering the Photo Wall Hanging, the photo processing fees for your 4 photos are already included in the price of the wall hanging, unless manipulation other than enlargement or reduction are required. Enter nothing above if your photos will be used "as is", or needs only to be enlarged or reduced. Photos that require additional manipulation should be entered above, and will be subject to a $17.50 processing fee per photo.

** IMPORTANT: Please mail photos in an airtight plastic bag to ensure that they do not come in contact with moisture. I suggest you also include a piece of cardboard to keep the photos from bending. Take every precaution to protect your photos. They will be mailed back to you in the same way and will be in their original state. Processing your photos does not damage them.
